Building and growing a team of 17 cross-disciplinary designers and managers (product design, motion design, service design, content design).
Accountable for design excellence across some of Spotify’s top priority initiatives, providing creative direction for consumer-facing product experiences for listeners globally.
Design lead for Spotify’s Activation, Retention, and Conversion 200+ person Studio. Establishing collaborative processes across functions to ensure efficient discovery and delivery practices.
Established an experience vision and strategy and provide design direction for all activation, retention, and conversation initiatives- collaborating with product, engineering, and insights to uncover opportunity spaces and deliver against business metrics.
Founded and led the Service Design Guild, creating a community of service design practitioners within the organization.
Co-defined the Spotify Design Career Framework for Spotify’s ~300 person design org.

Established design as a core function in data-driven product teams, setting focus, strategy and priorities with cross-functional partners.
Led a cross-disciplinary team in discovery work to uncover opportunity spaces to increase the usability of Flatiron data, resulting in the prioritization of a new product offering.

Grew design on the team to 2 designers and led the design work toward a product release.
